I have many thoughts on this… and while not married to them, I dump girls for less. If you are married why are you talking to guys in forums? Do you text guys too? How about meet old friends for drinks. What if you found your husband doing that? What if he was talking to an amazingly gorgeous 21 year old model… think you would be cool with that? As for the guy making you feel bad…. he is a weak man using a typical female tactic. As for calling you bat shit crazy… I don’t know.. did you lead him on? Did you have conversations on what you wish your life was (or sexual) while he typed what you wanted to hear. Most men will think you are leading them on if you are talking sex, then not escalating. As for spreading lies…. that is typically what weak people do to protect their ego… guys and girls. Lastly, I don’t see it as a double standard… I never said this site was to help women… though almost half of the readers are… and more women write than men. It’s still not a double standard. Some men are bat shit crazy. I personally have been called every name in the book for shining a light on the truths I see… doesn’t change the truths though I could be nicer…. but I won’t be. As for dealing with a crazy dude… same as I teach the guys, stay out of situations that puts you in that position… like chatting with men in a forum. Or giving enough personal information he can impact your life. After that, be careful. I have my house and land surrounded by camera’s… lots of crazy out there.

So can I ask? I’m married and have never cheated on anyone. This guy I started talking to on a forum, at first I warned him not to put an ad out for dating because he would be banned. Not the right site for it. Its an art site. My husband saw me talking to this guy, and when he started asking for personal information I politely declined. My husband told me if he pushes the boundary to block him. Well he tried to make me feel bad by telling me he didn’t have any family and Christmas was lonely. Trying to get my address from me. I got called bat shit crazy for this… For having a boundary. So I blocked him, but now he’s going around spreading lies about me. Saying I was asking for pictures of him and stuff… So what do you say to that one? I try to enforce forum policy politely, talk about art, and get bit by some dude online? I didn’t even know what cray meant I had to look that up. So why is this a double standard? I never see men lobbed into these categories. How do you deal with a crazy dude?

ALPHAX, reading this I laughed so hard because I could relate to almost everything you listed. We should seriously hang out, The stories would be insane. I’ve got one right now that hit almost every double flag and a few triple flags. One you need to add “Day 1, asks your blood type.” made a comment about my health. I’m pretty sure I could wake up in a bathtub of ice with a note to call a DR. immediately because my kidneys have been removed. LMAO!!

Never said men don’t have issues…. nor that most people don’t have at least one red flag. The point is, the more you see in a single woman, the greater the mans exposure to pain, damage, expenses and even legal issues.

Personally, I think we take too many drugs for the most BS stuff. I haven’t been to a doctor since my last check up 90 days after crushing my spine- 2 &1/2 years ago. Doesn’t mean I don’t have health issues, just means I think people, in general, are looking for the easy way out. And that is definitely a flag for someone who will not have your back, be loyal or stick it out when times get tough. Thanks for the feedback though.

Ok, I actually like reading your insights, as a woman. However, this list is a bit over the top. You’ve ruled out about 85% of female population. – she’s been on medication (it’s 2016, how many people haven’t been handed Zoloft or Klonopin these days, when you say you’re a bit down). Or the therapy thing, many people conceived by parents and their parents’ influence of the Great Depression, World War 2, are kind bound to have some “issues”. Was a generation of “deal with it”.
Times have changed significantly and it’s a little ignorant to use this against someone who’s at least working on bettering themselves. – been arrested, another one very generalized. Sure, battery, felonies, and the like, same goes for at man out there to stay away from. Shoplifting at age of 16, maybe not a big deal.

Also, a lot of these “points”, include viscous and misguided direction. The arrested thing, “go find another woman with her” “If she’s rude to service industry… i love to hate-fuck them then ignore them”???? Ok, and that’s not a red flag for a man? These are behaviors that drive a woman to go bat shit. My two cents
