I especially liked “what kind of energy do you bring to the interaction”. I never thought of it like that, but it’s really powerful. I am an entrepreneur and currently, I am met with what could be best described as a standstill on sales and your takes on emotional’s decision and rational’s decision is a great eye opener. I couldn’t figure out why some people couldn’t understand that the rational part of them should take my offers until I realized that I didn’t charge them enough with emotion. Anyway, thank for a great article.
